Erio specialises in designing and manufacturing benches and tables for dental technology laboratories. Erio maintains a high quality standard and provides complete solutions as a result of its engineering and research and development departments, which can always find a solution to increasing varied market requirements. Schottlander has developed a wide range of experience in designing and installing dental surgeries and laboratories to the precise requirements of customers in commercial, hospital and teaching environments. Our in-house, computer-aided design facility enables plans to be drawn up and modified to obtain the optimum laboratory layout in terms of value for money and space utilisation. Schottlander's team of experienced fitters are qualified to meet the needs of current GAS SAFE, IEE 17th Edition (electrical) and building regulations. The team combines forward planning and flexibility to ensure the installation proceeds smoothly from day one to completion on time every time.

Erio equipment carries full CE marking to comply with current health & safety and electrical requirements.

Erio Construction

The construction and design of Erio equipment guarantees the maximum level of strength, rigidity and longevity for every modular unit. All the component parts of a composition are designed to allow uniformity and interchangeability, furthermore, they can be assembled/disassembled with simple tools whilst still allowing perfect alignment every time. The load bearing structure of the furniture is welded flush to obtain the maximum possible level of rigidity and total freedom of movement for cleaning. To compensate for an uneven laboratory floor, all the modular units rest on an adjustable bearing crosspiece and are therefore raised from the ground. Table elements; these are modular units with doors/drawers depending on the selected model. PL elements contain the dust extraction/filtering unit, local extraction is available with variable speed 1000W motors. The certified main dust filter is manufactured from high-performance materials to ensure fine particles do not impair the health of dental technicians.

Essential Planning Information

Before you start planning in any detail, first look at your existing set-up. Think about the features you like, the things that drive you mad, and the things you would like that you don't currently have. Ask the opinion of colleagues too, so that everyone gets what they need from the new design.
